Vision and Mission
KEPAKY aims at improving in practice the quality of life of people in need, and especially of young people, for them to find their position in society through: the promotion of equal opportunities and human rights, social inclusion of marginalised people and people with disabilities, educational opportunities and study aids for young people, psychological support to students, development of social and environmental consciousness, aid to people with autism and their families, campaigns against bullying and addictive substances and the provision of essentials to people in need.
The mission of KEPAKY is to give a helping hand to people in need and to promote the values of solidarity, love, giving and volunteering.
A characteristic of our age is the fast pace in which we all live in. This prevents us from realising the real meaning of live and noticing those who need our attention. KEPAKY is a social act, which wishes to become a station of love and humanity.
We therefore invite everyone to join hands and together to find a way to contribute to society, enjoying the pleasing fruits of the great world of giving.
The world we live in is becoming more and more violent and xenophobia and selfishness are isolating the man, making him more aggressive and distant. Thus, while this phenomenon of marginalisation takes place around us, KEPAKY aims at young people, the most significant force of change, in order to prepare them and assist them in realising their potential and in pursuing a world of respect, harmony and equality. Promoting the comprehension of diversity in society though its programmes, KEPAKY envisions that in this way it will strengthen the idea of peaceful coexistence and development in our society and in our world.
KEPAKY’s activities aim at creating a change of consciousness. It envisions a society, in which chains of solidarity are developed, where the recipient of the love and attention is transformed at some point into a donor.
